Member of Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN)

ECAN, an acronym for Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal, is a umbrella organization of Educational Consultancies working in Nepal. There are presently about 130 members under ECAN. Registered at Chief District Administration Office, Kathmandu on 29th August 1997 with the honest objective of to provide proper information, guidance and counseling to guardians who want to send their children abroad for their further education. As the students willing to study abroad increases rapidly ECAN is the organization that monitors its members, provides necessary support to students and guardians and above all prohibits the students from being cheated, betrayed and deceived from fraudulent business houses. With the slogan "Get Counseling only from ECAN member", ECAN is known to provide services to its members and all concerned citizens of Nepal. ECAN is recognized by Ministry of Education and Sports, various foreign organizations like British Council, various embassies and so on…

ECAN organizes various trainings, workshops, education fairs and other events to aware students and their guardians for studying abroad. Newton Study Council will always participate and help ECAN in those activities.
